With 25+ years of experience in customer service, sales, and entrepreneurship, along with an Associate’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Certification in Small Business & Entrepreneurship, Shay combines faith, proven business principles, and step-by-step coaching to help clients launch and grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
